Industrial Air Conditioning Systems
Industrial spaces carry heat loads that domestic and light commercial equipment is not built for: process heat, high ceilings, large door openings and continuous running hours.
We select and install air-conditioning plant sized for those conditions, packaged units, ducted systems, air handling and fan coil units, with the air distribution designed alongside it.
Typical applications
- Production and assembly areas
- Control rooms and server rooms
- Warehouses and temperature-sensitive storage
- Showrooms and large retail floors
- Hospitality and function spaces
Engineered as a complete air path.
- 01
Load calculation
Sensible and latent load is calculated including process and infiltration.
- 02
Plant selection
Unit type and capacity chosen for continuous industrial duty.
- 03
Air side design
Ductwork and diffusers designed to distribute the cooling evenly.
- 04
Installation & commissioning
Refrigeration, electrical and air side installed, charged and commissioned.
- Capacity that holds condition under real operating load
- Even temperature distribution across large spaces
- Equipment rated for continuous operation
- Coordinated air distribution rather than standalone units
Related equipment
- Industrial air conditioners
- Air handling units
- Fan coil units
- Chilled water ducted units
Common questions.
- Can you cool only part of a large facility?
- Yes, zoned or spot cooling is often the practical answer where only certain processes or areas need controlled conditions.
- What about high ceilings and open doors?
- Both are accounted for in the load calculation, and air distribution is designed so cooled air reaches the occupied zone.
