Fresh Air Supply Systems
Every extraction system needs a matching supply. Where make-up air is not provided the building goes negative, extraction rates drop and air is drawn in through doors and gaps, carrying dust and heat with it.
Fresh air systems introduce filtered outside air at the right volume and position, tempered where required, so extraction performs as designed and occupants get the air changes they need.
Typical applications
- Commercial kitchens requiring make-up air
- Production areas under negative pressure
- Clean and controlled environments
- Offices and enclosed commercial spaces
- Packing and finishing halls
Engineered as a complete air path.
- 01
Volume matching
Supply volume is calculated against total extract volume and target pressure.
- 02
Intake positioning
Intakes are located away from exhaust discharge and contamination sources.
- 03
Filtration
Filter grade is selected for the environment and access for changing is planned in.
- 04
Distribution
Ductwork and diffusers deliver air where it is needed without draughts.
- Extraction systems achieve their design airflow
- Filtered air instead of uncontrolled infiltration
- Balanced building pressure
- Improved indoor air quality and comfort

Common questions.
- Does fresh air supply need to be cooled?
- Not always. Tempering is specified where the incoming air would otherwise disturb the internal condition or the process.
- How often do filters need changing?
- It depends on the filter grade and the surrounding environment; we set an expected interval at handover.
